Details
Players should arrive ~ 15 minutes before the picture time. We'll cycle thru teams ~ every 12 minutes.
Your Team's Manager will provide the picture packet to you this week. Each player will receive an envelope and coupons for Round Table (this year's picture Sponsor).
Players should bring the completed form and payment on the day picture day at the picture time.
- where =completed= means general information (name and contact information), flap information and the picture order marked.
- where =payment= is the amounts for the pictures ordered in addition to the Memory Mate package
