Opening Day Festival is on as planned.

AccuWeather, CNN, and the Weather Channel, all say no rain for Saturday.

Everyone should be at the Kennedy lower field at 10:00 AM to kick off the Opening Day Festival. Players should be in uniform and gather on the infield grass of the major’s field.

However, the fields are still closed. So, all the morning baseball games are official cancelled this Saturday. But not Opening Day Festivities.

Opening Day Festival is on as planned.

Only the morning games are cancelled. Everything else (see below) is still happening. It’ll be a great day that they’ll not want to miss.

CNLL will evaluate playing the Saturday afternoon games once we see how the fields are at 12 noon on Saturday.
