Opening the Snack Shack
- Wheel BBQ outside to get it out of the way
- Turn on fryer (on counter) and follow instructions for French fries
- Make sure bathrooms are unlocked
- Turn on the oven (on counter) and follow instructions for potatoes
- Turn on soup warmer and follow instructions for soup/chili
- Get condiments out and follow instructions for putting them outside
- Make sure there are defrosted hot dogs/polish in the fridge and put some hamburgers into the fridge on a paper plate
- Make sure there are defrosted buns (hot dog & hamburger) in the tub under the counter
- Turn on BBQ and follow instructions posted by the door
- Make sure fridge is full of drinks and re-fill as needed
- Place large garbage can outside the door
- Make a pot of coffee (Saturday only)
- Don’t forget to wear CNLL aprons, located inside the back supply cage to the left.
- Unlock and roll up the counter window when you’re ready (at the start of the game)
- Move the counter basket and tray of small candies out so the customers can reach them
- HAVE FUN!! This volunteer opportunity is for the good of CNLL and all families thank you for your help!
