Dear Little League Parents,
For generations, Little League baseball has been a tradition in Cupertino. For the 2006 Season, the goal of the CNLL Board of Directors is to extend that tradition through continuing investment in coach training, player skills clinics, good sportsmanship, and fun competitive baseball games.
Please keep in mind that Little LeagueŽ has changed the age-cutoff for the 2006 Season. The new rule applies to this year. A players League age is now the age that child will be on their birthday after April 30, 2006.
Cupertino Little League is a non-profit enterprise run entirely by parents and community volunteers. Every family's time commitment counts to ensure a well-run season. In fact, many parent volunteers are already working hard to organize registration and other logistics necessary for a successful baseball season. Our children are counting on each of us to make the time commitment to ensure all the necessary functions are delivered with pride. Please give thoughtful consideration to your volunteer role during the 2006 season.
This year CNLL is providing On-line registration. On-line registration is followed by walk-in registration, On-line verification and volunteer sign-up days or nights. Please see the schedule for dates, times, and locations. Please help us spread the word to new families and friends, especially those kids starting out in T-ball and Farm divisions, so that we can continue to pass along the rich baseball tradition that has been so much a part of our lives and to the children of our community.
