Cupertino National Little League Snack Shack
Welcome to the 2009 Little League baseball season! Cupertino National Little League has an on-site Snack Shack at Kennedy Middle School that is open during all Majors, Minors and Junior’s games. The money raised at the Snack Shack goes directly back into the CNLL general account. Funds are used to pay umpires, purchase new equipment and uniforms when needed, and for the CNLL general fund. The best way our baseball community can support the Snack Shack (and CNLL in general) is to eat there as often as possible! There is a wide variety of food available, from hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken, to chili, Smoothies, Chicken Teriyaki Bowls and much more.
This year, the Snack Shack is being managed by Marilyn Choy. She is being assisted by Jennifer Brown, who will make up the team schedule for volunteers, train the volunteers and generally keep things on track, and Gail Nordby will be helping with some of the shopping. They are still looking for a few more parents to team up with them and help with the management of the Snack Shack. The Snack Shack is an integral part of the Little League experience. Please consider volunteering for this league job and working with the new team.
The Snack Shack is staffed every week by parent volunteers from each Majors, Minors, and Juniors team. Each team will be expected to cover the shifts during their week. No experience is necessary and training is given to volunteers.
We look forward to seeing you at the CNLL Snack Shack!
