Games All games at Jollyman Park. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to Game time for warm-ups. Players must wear uniform shirt, cap, long black pants, and cup (cup is optional, but recommended). Please bring their mitt and water. Please write their name on everything, except maybe the cup...

Snack/Dugout Helper The Dugout Helper keeps the kids sitting on the bench in correct batting order, with 3 kids always ready to bat with helmets on, and the next batter standing at the door ready to go. Send the child out with a helmet on to retrieve any bats when play stops.

Bring snacks and drinks for at least 12 kids and 2 coaches to your assigned game. Bring some ice in a baggie or Ziploc bag in the event someone is injured during the game. Hand out snacks after our post-game team meeting.

The parent bringing snack is the Dugout Helper. The Dugout Helper keeps the kids from getting rowdy in the dugout and keeps them focused on the game, rooting for our team. Also, keeps them seated and lined up in batting order.

The dugout helpers must keep safety first. No child may touch a bat unless he or she is wearing a helmet and it’s their turn to bat. No one should be standing around swinging a bat, EVER.

There is no on-deck or practice swinging allowed, and the batting cage areas are off limits.
